Numa frigideira, pôr um fio de Azeite e as Cebolas picadas; quando estas tiverem transparentes adicionar as cenouras; mexer e juntar parte do vinho. Dois minutos depois juntar o Aipo e o resto do Vinho. Quando o vinho evaporar juntar a Carne Picada e a Polpa de Tomate e envolver tudo; se for necessário juntar mais um bocado de Vinho, depois temperar com Sal e deixar cozinhar. </div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />

Ingredientes:<br />
- 4 postas de Peixe Espada;<br />
- 2 Cebolas Médias;<br />
- 2 Dentes de Alho;<br />
- 2 Tomates Maduros;<br />
- Calda de Tomate q.b.;<br />
- Azeite q.b.;<br />
- Salsa q.b.;<br />
- Vinho branco 2 dL;<br />
- Sal q.b.;<br />
- Pimenta q.b.;<br />
- Natas 25 mL;<br />

Preparação:<br />

Amanhe o peixe, lave-o em água, e salpique-o com Sal e Pimenta. Descasque as cebolas e os alhos e corte às rodelas finas, levando ao lume juntamente com o Azeite, o Tomate cortado aos bocados e o Vinho branco. Deixe ferver durante 10 minutos e acrescente o Peixe e a Salsa picada, deixando ferver lentamente até o Peixe estar cozido. Por fim junte as Natas e deixe apurar uns minutos com o tacho tapado.<br />

Nota: Para esta refeição acompanhei o peixe com Batata cozida, mas também podemos acompanhar com puré de batata.<br />

Num tacho, introduzir a cebola ás rodelas,os alhos esmagados, metade dos pimentos, pimenta e azeite. Depois introduza as amêijoas, o ramo de coentros, o resto dos pimentos, a mostarda e regue tudo com azeite e vinho branco.<br />
Leve ao lume o tacho e vá abanado até as amêijoas abrirem.<br />
Numa travessa, meta as amêijoas e regue com sumo de limão.<br />
